What is your return policy?*We cannot accept exchanges or returns without prior notice, so please be sure to contact us. Exchanges are only available for unused items that have been kept in the same condition as when they were purchased. If the item is in a bad condition after opening, please contact us immediately. Returns are limited to within one week of arrival of the item after opening. *Please keep the original bag, box, and instructions that came with the item. If they are discarded, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the contents. *We cannot accept exchanges if the following conditions apply to the item: Items that have been delivered more than two weeks ago Items with dirty, damaged, or discarded product tags, packaging boxes, or accessories Items that have been cleaned or repaired Items that smell of perfume, tobacco, etc. Items that have been used once Items that are significantly different from the condition they were delivered in when they were returned (Items with missing or damaged tags, packaging, or stuffing) Items that are returned with the shipping slip attached directly to the box

How can I return an item?[Unused items only] You can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. If you wish to return the item, please contact us in advance and send it back with shipping costs paid by the customer (prepaid). *The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
